My daughter and I took a risk on eating here without a reservation, and the sever was kind and seated us outside. We were thrilled! The food was fresh and delicious. The pasta tasted homemade. I recommend the Bolognese and Lobster Ravioli. Our server was fantastic! We will definitely eat here again.

Great service and authentic Italian food. Good wine list that is priced very well. Menu is not extensive and not much of an opportunity for menu changes. But what is on the menu is excellent. Pasta is all house made and very well done. Reservations are recommended. Visited again this week and excellent as always.

This is a gem in the heart of Greenville! The food is second to none! The ambiance is cozy and scenic. We enjoyed every aspect of our dining experience. Reminiscent of our trips to Italy. So Good! We will be back.

I’ve passed this restaurant so many times and finally had the opportunity to try it. We had a reservation, but our table wasn’t ready, so we decided to wait at the bar...The restaurant is very small and tight, and we realized there is no bartender. The server makes the drinks so we awkwardly stood around trying not to disturb people eating right next to us. Once we got seated, the server was abrupt and brash. We tried to order an appetizer, but got shot down. We were told there is only one chef working in the kitchen, and he likes the entire order to be placed at one time. Up until this point, I was flabbergasted at the service or the lack thereof. But oh my god once the food came out, it was party in my mouth. Everything tasted so good...hands down best Italian I’ve had in a while. And once I had a few drinks, even our server seemed friendly. Hey, if being brash and “Italian” means good food, then I’ll take it. We ended up closing the place down...even the chef came out, and everyone seemed nice. We’ll definitely go again, but dress nicely because it was kinda fancy P.s. the tiramisu was out of this .

Dinner What a place to enjoy Italian food. Very relaxing and airy atmosphere.. Isa, our server was spot on! Food was delicious and fun at the same time.. And Al dente pasta served. A good sign. Rack of lamb! Sea bass..... Chocolate mousse! You need a reservation here! Or you will be taking a chance.

Trattoria Giorgio was hands-down the BEST meal we had in Greenville. If you're visiting, I could not recommend it more highly !! It is fantastic. You do need to call in advanced and make a reservation because they do book up. The clam special was literal PERFECTION. I have been dreaming about its tomato base sauce since we ate it. I literally wanted to lick the plate *lol*. The ribeye was full-flavor, I have no notes on it whatsoever... The bolognese is something special; made fresh in house and you can tell. Our server was so warm and curated our meal with care. The ambiance is intimate, relaxing, and charming. I would go back in a heartbeat. A lot of restaurant on Main Street felt touristy and overpriced BUT Trattoria Giorgio is the exception-- a fair value and much better food than the other spots we tried.

All 3 dishes our table ordered were excellent. The shrimp in the Linguini Verde Mari was cooked to perfection and the pesto was flavorful and yet light. The Pappardelle Bolognese excellent. And the Ravioli Di Spinachi e Noci had the best filling I’ve ever tasted (spinach, ricotta, and walnut). The service and atmosphere were spot on as well. Our server made a great wine suggestion, the exposed brick on the walls, and the relaxed pace of the meal all made for an excellent evening. We will be back very soon.

We went to Trattoria Giorgio for dinner after our wedding day and it was a great experience. The food was delicious. Our server Chuck was the best! Even though we didn’t have a reservation and the restaurant was full he found a spot for us and served us the best way! Polite, attentive, competent! We enjoyed every second of our stay. Ended up ordering special that night. It was delicious!!
